5. Refund & Return Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
