At DenkiFlux, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order of headphones, smart-watches, keyboards, or mice, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
- In its original, unopened packaging with all seals, tags, and accessories intact.
- In the same condition as you received it (unused, undamaged, and in original box).
- Returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Please note that certain products, such as opened software or personalized items, may not be eligible for a refund unless defective.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: To start a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories. Please include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the return address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Inspection & Refund
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow:
- 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Only the cost of the product will be refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you and expedite a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for refunds unless they arrive defective:

- Items damaged due to misuse or accident after delivery.
