At DenkiFlux, we are committed to getting your order of premium headphones, smart-watches, keyboards, and mice to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This policy outlines our standard shipping procedures.

Shipping Method & Processing

We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations & Timeframes

We ship to most countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping begin after the order processing period and typically range from 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as transit times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance and local postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. All applicable charges will be displayed transparently before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment/suite numbers and a correct phone number for the carrier if required by the destination country. DenkiFlux is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided. Additional fees may apply for re-shipping returned packages.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your country may impose import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to DenkiFlux. We cannot predict or advise on these potential charges.
